The Westy Fund

We started a westy fund a few months ago (along with our house down payment fund, our emergency fund, and our swear jar-just kidding, we don't have a swear jar).  

After searching for a Vanagon on the typical sites, Samba.com, BusDepot.com, and GoWesty.com, we found one on CraigsList.  Go figure.  

Van of My Dreams

We had to drive across Montana to check it out, but we were pretty optimistic about the whole thing.  As Chris put it, "let's be honest, if it's not a toilet, we're buying it".

And we did.  We bought a 1984 Volkswagen Vanagon!

It's yellow and adorable.  

We're pretty stoked.  

In fact, we'll be aiming for nothing shy of epic awesomeness.
